    Me : You know, humans were monkeys long back.
      Kiddo : So you were a monkey when you were a Kid ?

      Kiddo : Ammaaaaaaa, why are you giving me grass to eat..!!!

      [ By mistake she was about to swallow a coriander leaf]

      A fact : 

      When she got introduced to 'Snake&Ladder' game , the thing which she wanted to do badly was ' to go down the ladder'{ which was not allowed by this stupid grown-ups though } and another fun thing was to get eaten by the longest snake.

      Kiddo : Amma, what is the job of  a Princess ?

      ***********************************************************************************

      I was in the middle of some work, and she was bugging me to find one of her toys . After she realized that she is not going to get help.

      Kiddo : Amma, kids should help grownups and grownups should help kids. What do you think ?

      Me : Yes... That's a wonderful thing. We should always help each other.

      Kiddo : So you should always find my toys for me.

      Recently she is thinking too much about growing up..  A glimpse from her growing up queries.


      Kiddo : Amma, I don't want to grow up. Because if I keep on growing, I am worried that I might hit the sun one day.

      ***********************************************************************************

      Kiddo used to tell she wants to become a firefighter when she grows up. But recently she started to tell that she doesn't want to grow up at all. I was curious about what is going on in her mind.

      Then one day she told : Amma, I don't know where the fire station is and I don't know how to drive also. And more than that I don't even have a phone to put Google Map !!!

      Kiddo : Amma, it's been many days since your birthday, but you haven't grown tall at all. You are still the same height.

        Journey to the 'Heaven on Earth' At airport - just before catching the flight I remember, around December last year, my brother-in-law suggested, “Let’s go on a trip during the summer vacation—either to Shimla or Kashmir.” I agreed instantly, and soon we all decided to visit  Heaven on Earth —Kashmir.       💕 A decade of togetherness 💕

                 On our cousin's marriage -  11/05/2019 I wished for a partner , who takes care of me and protects me . Who does everything for me as someone takes care of a little girl... But whom I got doesn't do any of these , unless I am really sick!!!!  What he did is he made me capable of taking care of myself, to protect myself , to stand up for myself, to be independent …. And I love him more and more for that... Thank you universe for not giving me what I wished for...  And now I wish, when my little girl grows up she never wishes for the 1st category of life partner … I want her to realize that there is no handsome prince out there waiting to fill her life with full of love and happiness...       Gowri and the Mysterious UFO

      It was Christmas Eve, and Gowri could hardly contain her excitement. She had been eagerly waiting for her Christmas gift, but what she wanted most of all was to catch a glimpse of Santa himself. She had sent her letter to him weeks ago, and now, with the holiday finally here, she hoped that this would be the year she’d actually see him. But her excitement dimmed a little when her parents announced they were going to the mall that evening. Gowri was disappointed because she thought that meant her chances of meeting Santa were slipping away. However, she didn’t want to spoil the fun, so she reluctantly agreed to go with them. At the mall, though, Gowri soon found herself swept up in the festive cheer.
